Special Provisions for Single Family Lots: 

  • Purchaser may choose the Contractor of their choice on residential lots.

  • Purchaser shall commence construction of a living unit on a lot within two years of the date of purchase.

  • Purchaser’s plans must be approved by the architectural committee, prior to the start of construction.

  • Developer has the right to reject offer without obligation to Broker if usage of lot is not deemed suitable in the opinion of Developer.

  • Prices subject to change without notice.

  • Purchaser to review and approve the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Prairie Hills Residential Lots. The association fee is currently $206.00 per year per lot. 1/1/2024

  • The association fee is subject to change on a yearly basis.
